Empowering Successful Homeownership One Home Inspection At A Time
EXCELLENT Based on 510 reviews Posted on Google Dave StichaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Zack Wolf inspected a home for us in Delavan WI. First off, he was very personable and easy to talk to. He explained in easy to understand terms exactly what he was going to do, the timeline to expect, what the report would look like, how to use it to evaluate the home we were interested in purchasing, when to expect the report, and hopw to access it. Zack was also very organized and efficient. It was a larger home with some complicated electronic HVAC controllers but he took it all in stride and stepped through each phase of the inspection in an organized and methodical fashion. Extra credit to him for dealing with a hard to get along with home owner. That didn't stop Zack! At the end of the inspection he met with us for a few minutes and gave us a quick verbal summary of all of the systems and highlighted what he felt were the high (pr actually the low) points he found. Just a few hours later we had his report in our email. It included a HTML version for viewing ona mobile devcice, a short summary version highlighting the important findings for a propective buyer, and the full 130 page version for later reading and reference. All in all the inspection report was a bargain as it gave us assurance the home was OK to purchase but also let us know what things we needed to address and/or keep an eye on in the future. Thank you Zack!Posted on Google Becca SchaumTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ryan was super knowledgeable!
